Generally, if there has been a change to the system or there is no solar generation passing through the meter after we have upgraded or re-configured your meter, we would recommend reaching out to the installer or an accredited electrician to cross the system.
However, if you still have concerns, we can certainly check your account to ensure nothing has changed on our end.
