Recently signed up for AGL VPP. After a lot of back and forth about installation being incorrect, AGL team realised it was all correct with an explanation ("Site has MRIM – Manual read interval meter therefore we experienced data discrepancy").

Yesterday a potential VPP event drawing high amount of power ( battery went from 70% charged to 0%) occurred, and has left the battery at 0% i.e. no longer charging from solar state.

Have raised a ticket, being asked to do the routine stop-start the solar/battery setup, done all that but no change.

Has anyone else had a similar experience?

More than 24 hrs. Sent emails with screenshots, called the support line, left message, but no response.

Really FRUSTRATING.

Last two days I am exporting all access power generated by Solar to the Grid when my battery (Powerwall 2) sits at 0%.
