The App has been down for almost a week .. the message is 'Usage pending' and "It's not you it's us. We are having trouble connecting to your account'
In My Account nothing is registering - no usage, no solar feed-in, nothing. I called AGL and they told me 1.5m customers are affected and we just have to be patient. Seriously - is this correct ?

Our billing team may have placed a hold on your account which has paused your usage and solar data from being updated on your AGL My Account. This can happen from time to time to have your metering data verified, you can Contact Us and we can check that for you.
