The website has listed a partial outage in SA in two suburbs far away from each other, and meanwhile my internet is down somewhere else entirely. Has anyone else in the Adelaide region lost internet around 7:30 tonight?
A bit annoying that it happened right when they shut down the call centre for the night... Told the chat was 24 hours but sure enough humans don't check it after 6. I hope they know SA is down.
Yep, North Haven is down, although NBNCO website suggests it up?!? I’m also annoyed that the chat doesn’t work and there is no technical support after hours. Searching for a better provider tomorrow I think.
Out in Coromandel Valley 😞 Very annoying that there is no support through call or chat. I just changed my internet from Launtel to AGL and am thinking maybe I shouldn't have!! Their support was extraordinary!
Outage in Seaton too. Can confirm there is no NBN outage and it is in fact an AGL outage. Very disappointing especially since there has been no notification of this.
