I have called and email AGL on this many time, they alway say it will be fixed in a few days, but it was never working

Can anyone advise how to resolve this? I've used Live Chat and they referred me to call AGL rewards team, when I called AGL rewards team, they say they do not help with website issues.
So who do I contact to resolve this? i'm puzzled.
