keep in touch with your customers....if good customers miss an "On Time" payment...find out why???

Contact good customers if payment is late....."Something may have happened...E.G..."Triple Bypass?"

I received a text message from AGL today 1 August reminding me that the deadline for reading the meter was 30 July ie two days ago! Would have been great to have received it on 29 July.
