Hi, I spoke with a gentleman on the 29th October from the resolution team. Unfortunately I do not remember his name, but I wanted to pass on my sincerest thanks to him for his excellent customer service and overall understanding of my current needs. He was nothing but polite, helpful, and knew his job. He is an asset to your company. Thanks Again.
