Same as us, been waiting since Nov last year, multiple calls, emails from us and the installer. Same old line haven't received the information and then they find it and then they say its wrong, then fix it up and they can't find it then they do and then its wrong even though you did what they wanted. So its just a blame game and shifting responsibility.
Not sure where to go from here. Just a complete lack of transparency and competence
