I tried 131245 a couple of times this morning with the same FAX NOISE [even tried just now 1502... same]
...anyway i had to use another phone number [for big players] ..which got me through in 6 mins ..timed it
..my problem has been solved
....with so much unemployment ...a system that worked with more call center staff would restore credibility ....it would be interesting if any other has had this problem

uPDATE,,, had to ring another 13 number yesterday ...and got the "fax" noise with that call
...obviously egg on my face !!! sorry!!! ...although "chat" link still not seen on webpage and dont have app on phone
........tried to "chat" with ip with nbn phone ...hopeless ...copied 3 pages of transcript and will have to give tpg a hard time ...as you should be able to talk to people via the phone !!!!

...as i think you are trying to be helpful ...i will say again... my problem was caused by having a PROBLEM WITH MY NBN LANDLINE PHONE. Now i have a residential account and in my frustration.... tried the BUSINESS phone number... then being able to talk to a fellow.
i repeat.... on my pc account webpage [at the time] ...was unable to see a link for either "chat" or 'message"
ok..... lets leave it at that... matter resolved
btw... i now have a problem with another company which only provide "chat"
