I would like to know why I haven't received my electricity bill yet?
I initially received an estimated read on my smart meter which I had the bill locked and a new actual read was taken on the 7th July.
I was told I would be receiving the new bill with an actual read by the end of the week,
I still have not received it.
I'm getting really fed up with all the issues at AGL. Nothing but mixed up gas meters and bills being missed.
I think it is time for a change.
