Hi @Kevin01 , sorry to hear you've had trouble making yourself understood. If you're an AGL customer, you can log in to your account and click "Message Us". You'll be able to send a message without waiting on hold over the phone, and there'll be an ongoing record of your contact.
Thanks David, I did this, just as hard to get understood there too, but a nice lady sorted it, but blind freddy could see that if the summer bill is more than 100% higher than the winter bill, something is wrong. all good now.
Hi @billbic , if you've encountered any issues using Messaging, please shoot me a private message with your account number and a screenshot of the problem so we can address it. Also, keep in mind that Message Us is not live chat - contact is answered there as soon as possible, but often there'll be a delay until a response, the same as there would with an email.
