We had our electricity disconnected on the 4th October this year, and I have yet to receive the final bill. I have rung twice so far, and both times they have told me they will send it: They haven't. I'm sick of ringing and getting the same incorrect information over and over again. How can I sort this out? I want to ensure that they did in fact disconnect my electricity to my old house, and that the new tenants are not using my electricity and; I want to know that I will not be receiving fees for an overdue bill that I haven't even received.
I do not have an account number handy, only the address of the property.
