Hi my billing address is wrong how can I fix it?

Thank you for reaching out to us.


We would love to help you fix your billing address, and the good news is that you can do this yourself! This by amending your 'postal address' via your 'My Account' access. Once logged into your account (via and selecting 'MY ACCOUNT' on the top-right hand side) you will need to go to the 'MANAGE ACCOUNT' page on the top banner of the page. 


It should look like this:

You will then need to select the 'Edit' button to the right of the Contact Details  option. This will open up a new tab for you, and the screen will look slightly differently. (This is because we have not yet updated our entire online accounts for customers to our new look. These pages are coming soon, though!)

On this page, next to the 'Postal address' option, you will be able to change the address that your mail is sent to.
