Could you please tell me why our recent bill is monthly, it has always been quarterly?

If monthly billing is not for you and you’d prefer to remain on quarterly billing, you can cancel it by following these steps in My Account:

 

  1. Select your name in the top right corner, then 'Account Settings'
  2. In the 'Billing and payments' menu, go to 'Monthly billing' and select 'Edit'
  3. Next to your monthly billing service, select 'Cancel'.

I dont want to change to monthly billing your instructions to change dont work as the 2 electricity accounts are not able to be selected as instructions say

Which I had checked this prior to phoning AGL would have saved me the wight time
