An amount which has not been receive by AGL

Hello

 

I paid an amount of $166.00 on 21st February on bop, through my zip pay account.  It has not been received by yourselves, and my statements say it has been paid.

 

I need assistance urgently.a. Am in Greece and need this resolved asap.
