This is very frustrating that my account still hasn't been set up yet since July! I've contacted AGL many times, but still no action! My gas can be disconnected at any time. It's so ridiculous for such a long proceeding time. I really can't accept that there's no hot water for shower. Can someone solve this ??! Please!
