Are all the discounted gift cards for Woolworths, Coles, Target and Kmart gone?

I can’t seem to find it anymore in the AGL Rewards to purchase it.

I signed up with AGL for electricity today with the promise that I can purchase Woolworths and Coles discounted gift cards once I joined. The customer service advised that I buy gift cards from the said supermarkets and obtain the discount by showing them my bill. As I know people who work at these supermarkets and there is no such thing. She then back flipped and said that the offers will be posted on my AGL rewards page upon signing. I have a feeling this is not true. I might need to call to cancel.

There is no reward tab in my account page, I am very frustrated. I have three accounts with agl, one of the account number is

AGL removing supermarket rewards is unacceptable 

I joined AGL primary on the rates and reward. Now one has gone up drastically and no Woolworths reward to help.

Hey team, where is the AGL Rewards site, only offers visible is BP & EV charging.

Has the Rewards listing been reduced to these 2 partners?

Hey @Nighthawk, 

We have made these changes to simplify the AGL Rewards experience while also helping customers continue saving on energy and everyday expenses through Peak Energy Rewards and the BP Fuel Offer.

If you have a gift card that you purchased through AGL Rewards, you’ll still be able to access it on a new webpage by following these steps:

1. Head to website link which can be found at the bottom of the AGL Rewards webpage
2. Log in using the same email address you were previously using to access your gift card/s
3. You’ll need to reset your password because the link to access your gift card/s has changed
4. You’ll then have access to the new platform, where you’ll be able to access previously redeemed gift cards as well as the ones that you’ve got a balance on.

Did we as customers, were notified of the changes to the Rewards program and the impact behind it?

I may have misplaced my AGL communications?

I know I received a notification of increasing prices to plans.

Market research into where the best valued plans and rewards perks are.

You can always check rewards on your online account, but check this link https://www.agl.com.au/rewards to access your rewards

My query was in seeking an understanding of there were cistomer communications about the changes in the AGL Rewards program. Unfortunately, I didn't get the information I was looking for. All I received was information about the new BP and EV charging offers, which aren't relevant to me as a customer. I would really appreciate it if you could provide clarity on the updates to the Rewards program instead, thank you
