When the new Plans started in March my account shows no bills

Got an email saying my plan would change in March and I didnt have to do anything it would just change over but when it came time to change over my account went to zero when I should have my bill due this month

Thank you for the welcome I have today received an email from Demi saying she has lifted the block . As yet my account hasn’t updated but I am looking forward to seeing this change . Thank you for following up on this issue .
