Hi ALK-1,

Thank you for reaching out.

When we request proof of payment, we require transaction details (amount of transaction and date etc.), with the BSB, account number and account holder name. We would recommend sending a partial bank statement verifying the AGL transaction.

I can confirm payments@agl.com.au is the correct email for our payments department.

Kind regards,

Megan

How do I receive my $175 refund because I have switched to AGL

@Kerrymerrick

You do not get a refund for signing up you get a CREDIT.

This mean it will come off your bill.

Cheers Neil

Hi Kerrymerrick,

Thank you reaching out to us.

If the credit you are referring to is a sign up credit from AGL, this will apply as a credit to your first bill with us.

Kind regards,

Megan

This should work to remove your photo . . .

Go the the little circles top right of your post, left click, click Edit Post, remove attachment and click post again.

You could make a comment 'attachment removed' or such.

If that doesn't work, then I have reported the post to a moderator and asked them to remove that.

I would deal with this only via phone or AGL chat etc, send the photo directly to an AGL rep who can deal with this safely.

Anyone visiting here could possibly trick you into some sort of scam with that info, now it's been posted.
