My account balance?

So I have bill smoothing, and like many other people l want to know what my account balance is. But AGL seem to keep this from it customers. I feel there may well be a couple of legal issues with this action. I will be looking into this.

I am have requested a print out of my bill and payments as I am sure money is being taken from my account when it is not overdue

Log onto your account.

Click on the heading for Billing.

You will see your account balance at the top of the page.

Click on transaction history and you will see all your payments
