Loging into my account

Iv been trying to log in to mt account for weeks now and these two windows keep coming up, i have have uninstall/reinstalled, and been on live chat and still not working. Can any one help me?

Sorry to hear you're having login issues. You mention you've already contacted chat support. Did they tell you that the issue was resolved or is it still being investigated?

I have sent a email back to you also but no its hasn't been resolved and i don't know if its still been investigated they didn't say
