Don't force me onto monthly billing!

Got forced onto monthly billing. Yes, I can change it back to quarterly, but this should be opt-in not forced on your customers. Amongst the advantages : "It can help with budgeting:" Did you think about asking your customer first if they need help with budgeting before pushing them onto monthly?

Thank you for getting in touch and providing this feedback. We have sent out communication to customers with smart meters, letting them know about this change and providing them with a link to opt out of monthly billing prior to change taking place. We appreciate that this process didn't suit everyone and apologise for the inconvenience that this may have caused you.

 

We'd be more than happy to change your account back to quarterly billing, if this is your preference, if you haven't done this already. I'll send you a private message to grab some details from you.
