Redeem offer doesn’t work

When I click on the redeem offer on the AGL rewards (it doesn’t matter what gift card I click) it just takes me back to the same page. Even when I try and click redeem offer and tell it to open in a new tab it doesn’t do anything either, it just goes back to the same AGL page. 

am I doing something wrong with trying to access? I am logged into my account.

I have been trying to purchase a discount e-card all day yesterday and today but not able to via both the App and the desktop site. I am using iPad. I tried clicking on other cards but same problem. I was hoping to save on my groceries but I’m getting hungry.
