I have AGL nbn and I’m getting fined $10 for late payment but have direct debit setup.

AGL has no problems getting money for the electricity and gas but use late payment as an excuse to charge an extra $10.

there is no customer service ant more but a chat bot that will drive you to insanity.

the idea is to get ride of the chat bot and  stop charging $10 for AGL incompetent system.

i just want a guarantee that the direct debit work an t will not have to pay the $10 penalty.
