Unable to view Electricity Usage

I have been unable to view my Electricity usage since changing to AGL approx. 2mths ago. I have contacted AGL 4 times now resulting in 4 different Reference numbers & various reasons / excuses for this happening but the issue does not get fixed

Ditto since solar in January. Unable to change from gas usage. Worst App, on line portal.

Jemena, the distributor has a better portal. Try your distributor.
