Sorry to hear you are having some issues with your solar, I have a couple of suggestions.
If the issue is being able to see your solar data on your AGL App through your smart meter, please message us directly through the app so we can get that resolved.
If the issue is you trying to connect your phone to a solar tracker that is not provided by AGL you will likely need to speak with the installer as we cannot provide advise on a device we did not supply.
