I have not yet received an email for the Mar-April electricity billing period and when I view try to view the history I see a message that says:
Trying to view usage and billing? Primary Offer
We’re just checking a few things on your account. All other functions in My Account are working.
Which sounds to me like an issue at your end that has created problems with invoicing in that period. As the direct debit is due today it would be nice to actually be able to see the invoice first.
