New smart meter usage reporting has stopped

Hello,AGL recently changed my meter to a smart meter.I could see my usage for each day and hour by hour for January but nothing for February.Also I have downloaded the AGL Energy app to my phone but when I put in my password it takes me to a blank page with only two boxes at the bottom marked cancel and I agree. Clicking on I agree does nothing - any ideas or help would be appreciated.Regards,Hugh.
