I have been unable to access my online account now for over a month.I have read other discussion threads and see that the 'issue' is linked to a 'specific browser'I have tried using:Internet ExplorerFireFoxGoogleI get the same error message with each and an image of a dog holiding an uplugged lead.This is not acceptable, when most people access their accounts online.Can you advise if you have a 'fix' for this.
