I have not received an invoice either. I have elected to have mine emailed. I received an SMS to remind me to pay it. But I can't pay it if I don't have it.... I am worried about the penalties I will incur and/or discount being removed if I don't pay on time. My contract is up for renewal so if I end up getting penalised for this, I will just take my business elsewhere.
