Crazy this thread is 2 years old and still AGL have not fixed. Just got the SMS saying connected to AGL NBN but no email or details re what login details to use for modem and in my AGL NBN page it just says "Account setup in progress". Send your customer details on login details to setup the modem when you connect them!

Don't force me onto monthly billing!

Got forced onto monthly billing. Yes, I can change it back to quarterly, but this should be opt-in not forced on your customers. Amongst the advantages : "It can help with budgeting:" Did you think about asking your customer first if they need help with budgeting before pushing them onto monthly?

OK, so the second event I did get a "the event has now concluded" SMS.Still waiting for the email 4 days on.This whole Peak Rewards just seems like a lottery system which will onlyreward those with large solar systems that can reduce their consumption tozero during the peak event. There is a lack of prompt feedback to indicatewhether you succeeded in reducing your consumption and no clear targetbeyond just reduce your power by XX kWH from some arbitrary amount (decidedby AGL but not revealed). No, didn't get any emails about the event (checked my spam folder too). Idid get the welcome to peak events email when I signed up.
