afterhours contact is not available. For emergency services etc. this is not appropriate.

The account holder is overseas and we can not contact AGL. We have people with disabilities in our property but without gas we can not shower. This is not acceptable. We have spent several hours trying to contact AGL from the UK but to no avail. PLEASE PLEASE WE NEED URGENT ASSISTANCE.
