Hi, we have a "Meter type ‘Mk10D’ smart meter, and as we have off peak reduce costs, we noticed that clock on the meter has not changed due to daylight savings. IE when its 10PM its showing 9PM. As we line up as many machines to use the off peak at 10PM on wards we are worried we are getting charged the higher rate. Can you confirm if this is by design or incorrect. If it is correct how do we know we are not getting charged the higher rate through our AGL. I did also call Ausgrid but they said t ...
