Hello I have only been an AGL customer since August 13. The app isn't showing any grid use or solar feed in tariff data for me. It shows solar feed in tariff revenue as $0.00 which is clearly wrong, I am on the Three For Free plan. I have exported about 188 KWh between 5 PM and 9 PM between August 13 and 28, but it is showing nothing. How do I get this to update? My account number is 7129361155. Thanks

Thank you for the follow up. I saw the app changed from Evergen to Self Consumption this afternoon.. I have now set it to Sigenergy AI. Does this mean I am now part of the VPP? I have only been an AGL customer for 2 weeks as of today, and the AGL app still isn;t showing me any power usage data. The app says Electricty usage pending.
