Hi ChriseMy point was that the snail mail letter from AGL says " We've tried unsuccessfully to send your bill by email, and need to check your email address." Then you show my email address on file and it is the correct address.I get AGL emails that arrive ok. So what is the real problem in accounts section of AGL? So whoever entered my email address on your Accounts system for billing possibly entered it and added " .com " at the end. That will not work with Bigpond Emails.Or they left out the ...
