Hi ChriseMy point was that the snail mail letter from AGL says " We've tried unsuccessfully to send your bill by email, and need to check your email address." Then you show my email address on file and it is the correct address.I get AGL emails that arrive ok. So what is the real problem in accounts section of AGL? So whoever entered my email address on your Accounts system for billing possibly entered it and added " .com " at the end. That will not work with Bigpond Emails.Or they left out the ...

Since about 2 month ago AGL sends me a paper bill because they claim my email address is invalid. As a TELSTRA Customer my email address ends with .com - with no other extension. You show the correct email address in my on-line account settings (using a Laptop).I phone your 131 245 phone number and was connected to an overseas call centre person who was totally useless and unable to help me sort this out.
