This exact thing hs just happened to my electricity bill, but not my gas. I called customer service but he ciuld only confirm that the singular amount was the correct amount on their end, but did not mention anything on how to fix. I’ve made a partial payment today to see if it would self- correct itself but the amount is still pending. But thanks to your post, I won’t hold my breath.
