Hi, not impressed that you have decided in your wisdom, to change my billing cycle for electricity, to a monthly bill. i WAS NOT GIVEN AN OPTION FOR THE CHANGE TO HAPPEN ie.- (opt in to that cycle.) Further, i'm not impressed, that after cancelling and reverting back to quarterly billing via my account online, there is a message that says i will have to wait for a month for the change to be rectified. I DONT WANT MONTHLY BILLING - DIDN'T ASK FOR IT, WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO WAIT A MONTH FOR IT TO RE ...
