HI @Georgia_AGL Thank you for your response. However, I’ve noticed that the offer has changed. It now provides an $800 credit instead of $400, but with a 12-month waiting period "Credit paid at end of 12 months." , which doesn't really help us. If possible, could you please forward my message to the marketing team and request they offer a pro-rata credit, such as $200 after 3 months, to help cover the supply charge? ThanksSAM
