Agl likes to turn you high usage equipment on when they like i use more power when I am not at home thank when I'm home spoke many times to agl about quote "maybe someone else is using your power "not my gates are locked and I am not at home?????

I have repeatedly asked for refunds both energy and nbn to no avail i to had to go to ombudsmen to try and get my money back (still in process) I am going to fight all the way to get my money back the$13.29 owed to me as credit i want and will get back the$50.00 owed on mt nbn account i am fighting to get back also with the ombudsman yes agl you will pay these amounts back you can't steel from me
