Hi @Sturner l have a same problem with. Tonight 2 of my family take a cold shower as the heater tank is not heating the hot water. Even l change the brand new tank. But still happens some night. T___T. Or we should change the electric supply company? Please let me know if you can find the solution. thank you so much.
