Hi Lester, Very interesting, what you are saying is not in accordance with what Energy Australia, google searches, and everybody old and young I have spoken to, and even the AGL chat line says. Why are the new off peak prices 40% higher than the shoulder prices. It should be the other way around. My latest electricity bill for a quarter , is $23 more than it should be. AGL has approximately 4.5 Million customers. This could be costing Australians $500 Million to $1.5 Billion a year. This is a serious, serious error, or are AGL farming unsuspecting Customers.
