I moved into a new apartment in April and AGL has been overcharging for gas. It is just two of us in the apartment. Initially they said I had a faulty meter but after replacing the meter the bill went up from 164 monthly to about 1000. I called several times and tried to get it fixed but to no avail. Any suggestions are welcome. Shall I close my account with AGL and try with Origin? Will AGL still charge the 1000 based on some faulty software?
