Hi AGL, I'm moving into an apartment that has a gas connection. I want to disconnect the gas (it only supplies the gas cooktop, which I'll have replaced with an induction cooktop). I understand that I will need to sign-up to a retail account, and then the retailer will request the distributor Jemena to plug and tag the gas meter. I can then close my account.
