Hi Basil,Apparently Norton VPN and your downloads don't work together. When I disabled the VPN I was able to download my bill.Regards,George GI60

I am having the same problem as so many users are experiencing, I cannot download my bill from my online account.I'll keep coming back and trying, but I cannot pay the bill until I can see it and print it.
