I have been sent two bills of different amounts for the same period. On my first call to the accounts dept, I wanted 45 minutes only to be told to call back. I have now been on the phone with them for over an hour but they DO not answer the phone. I do not know how to action this. Do I need to go to the ombudsman. AGL has the very worst customer support. The send me reminders to pay the bill, but I have no idea which one,
