While I'm a new AGL Internet customer, I still have few remaining days from my previous ISP (due to 30 day cancellation notice period). Despite the "NBN Major Incident", I plugged my modem to another port of the NBN box (where my previous ISP used to work on), and Internet works perfectly fine there! So apparently that "incident" affects not all ISPs. P.S. Guys, don't badmouth AGL by the way, otherwise moderators will ruthlessly wipe your messages. Learned the hard way.
