Thanks for response. I have called AGL and the issue has been resolved. My meter read was done as my neighbours instead of my own.

I have just received by bill with "General Usage Next" that has never appeared on any other bill. The cost for that is a insane $2000 which is just under my combined about I have paid the 1.5 years I've lived in this house. Does anyone know what it is?
