Update.: my bill was due and because I knew I wasn’t due for another 75 credit from the gov, I paid the the full amount via b pay so it wouldn’t come back and bite me. Well now it’s saying I have a 75 credit on my account because I had “overpaid”. What a mess. The way these things usually turn out is that AGL will catch the mistake months down the track, rectify it on their system and then automatically late fines will be handed out.
