Email address not registered log in issues

Hey so this is very frustrating. Have been using the same email address for 6 years no hassel. Today when going to log into the app to check the chat log dates before calling I could get in. The password is saved in my vault, the app asked for email to send code, enter code and it reverts to this email is not registered. So I call and go through all the same process and told to wait 30 minutes. I have waited 4 hours and it's still the same issue..It's frustrating, funny how it screws up when the ...

Seriously they will promise you this and you won't receive it I have been having this debate with him for the past 7 months even with the offer of paying their fee for the bill they have now told me that I need you change plans in order to receive the bill they've done that on their own admission looking me into a contract which I did not want good luck getting your bill you won't receive it
