After numerous outages, a failure to compensate us for lost service, and a failure to deliver promised speeds, I cancelled my account and switched to Starlink. Now getting 250mbps download speeds - 10X the speed AGL provided.

Connection in Black Mountain spotty at best; been down now for several hours. Good news is - Starlink arrived today and I'll be cancelling AGL ASAP.
